We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate professional who takes pride in providing high-quality patient care and enjoys working in a close-knit environment. This position is Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM with one weekend a month. Must have at least 2yr experience and be ABC certified Prosthetist /Orthotist and eligible for Tennessee Licensure. Must live in the Memphis or surrounding area.
\nRESPONSIBLITIES
\nEvaluate patients and assess their prosthetic or orthotic need.
\nDevelop and provide appropriate treatment plan following the doctor's prescription.
\nPerform patient fittings, adjustments, modifications, and follow-up care.
\nMust be able to independently fabricate, modify, and complete prosthesis in house.
\nWork closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
\nEducate patients and caregivers on proper use, care, and maintenance of devices.
\nMaintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
\nEnsure devices are properly fitted, functional, comfortable, meet quality standards.
\nProvide compassionate, personalized patient care.
\nMaintain a professional and welcoming relationship with patients, families and healthcare providers.
\nStay current with industry standards, technology and best practices.
\nSalary depends on experience and we offer holiday pay and time off pay and insurance and 401 after 90 days.
