Identify, qualify, and appropriately transition GMP and clinical-stage leads to business development stakeholders, helping build and accelerate the clinical sales pipeline. Collaborate with technical sales specialists to support technical qualification, understand customer requirements, and develop value-based, modality-specific solutions for cell and gene therapy developers. Build trusted relationships with customers and life sciences innovators, helping them navigate complex drug development requirements and connecting their needs with relevant products and manufacturing capabilities. Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline information, and customer interactions while using structured sales processes to prioritize opportunities and support predictable commercial execution. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with technical sales, business development, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with
