One of our clients, is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse.
\n \n \nPosition Type: Contract-to-Hire
\n \n \nResponsibilities:
\n• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
\n• Supervise and support Medication Technicians
\n• Complete clinical documentation and incident reports
\n• Coordinate care with the on-site Nurse Practitioner (weekly visits)
\n• Use PointClickCare EMR (training provided)
\n• Act as the primary nurse on shift with leadership support available
\n• Ensure compliance with NYS regulations and facility policies
\n• Provide resident-centered nursing care
\n \nRequirements:
\n• Active New York State LPN license
\n• BLS certification
\n• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar setting preferred
\n• Comfortable working independently
\n• Strong communication and organizational skills
\n• Willing to work at least one weekend day per week
\n• EMR experience a plus (PointClickCare preferred)
