Job Description

PPC Specialist

The PPC Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and performance of paid advertising accounts for E-impact Marketing clients, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Working closely with the Google Ads Specialization Leader, Strategists, and E-commerce team, the PPC Specialist ensures client advertising budgets are strategically managed, and campaigns are optimized to achieve measurable results aligned with each client's business objectives. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, along with strong technical expertise across major advertising platforms, exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and scalability. The PPC Specialist is expected to take full ownership of their assigned accounts. This means understanding not only what is happening within an account, but also why it is happening, what insights can be drawn from the data, and what actions should be taken next to improve performance.
