About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Enterprise Communications to spearhead the strategic and creative aspects of its external communications. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for setting and leading the integrated communications strategy that aligns with business priorities and brand voice. This role involves driving business-sector storytelling, managing partner relationships, and overseeing media and investor relations. The VP will also be at the forefront of issues and crisis communications, with a focus on protecting and enhancing the company's brand and reputation across sports, media, and entertainment. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in public relations or corporate communications, with a proven track record in management and staff development. The role requires a leader with exceptional writing and communication skills, a deep understanding of external news and media channels, and experience in crisis management. The ideal candidate will have a background in sports, media, entertainment, or related consumer-facing industries, and experience in agency leadership or managing multiple external partners. A collaborative leadership style, executive presence, and the ability to influence at the highest levels are essential. The VP will also be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing communications team, so a strong background in team management and a commitment to excellence are key.
